HI! Thanks so much for coming by! I will not ramble here! Just the good stuff.
Just ate blueberries with cocoa, agave, goji's, banana, and a little stevia. My pre-workout fuel. I made this blog to keep a raw food diary. I just transitioned to raw and am having a bit of a hard time with social events, and just all around not eating certain cooked foods, like a bite of oats from the cereal I fixed my sis yesterday for breakfast (before splashing on some 'boxed' almond milk). In any case, I really want to find the right fit for me when it comes to raw. Nuts aren't great for me I think, but it hasn't been long enough to really know. I am going to be reading 80/10/10 soon, and have a feeling that 811 may be the way I go. If so, it will be part of my 103 day raw food challenge. Why 103 days? On RawFu.com Aug 1 starts off a 100 day raw food challenge. I don't wanna wait till Aug 1 so am starting a few days early.
